Country Heat is the Fun and Simple Line Dancing Workout with Country Music

Country Heat Dance Workout is a premier workout system where you essentially dance away the pounds to your favorite workout routine. The program is ideal for those who love to have a good time while losing weight.

You get five different dance workouts with Country Heat: Country Swing, Giddy Up, Down and Dirty, Bring the Heat, and Trail Ride, plus a Dance Conditioning workout and a chance to put it all together in a line dance called Night Crawl. All of the actual workouts are close to 30 minutes in length.

Country Heat turned into a daily habit for me, fast! I was looking forward to getting home and working out. My day ended up being planned around my Country Heat time! I was excited to learn the new moves, show them to my husband and go dancing! I thought it was funny that I would “work out” so I could “go out.” I used some of my newly learned moves and felt confident on the dance floor!

Country dance program is brought to you by the BeachBody workout system, which is a popular workout program among celebrities and everyday individuals alike. Choreographed to some of the most recent contemporary country music hits, Country Heat includes six 30-minute calorie-busting cardio routines. Songs like “Kick the Dust Up,” “Crash and Burn” and “All About Tonight” get you moving in these high-energy, low-impact workouts while you learn simple moves that tone and tighten the body without weights or equipment.

Autumn put all the workouts in just the right order to keep you in the groove and motivated, so the results keep coming. And there’s tons of variety so you’ll never get bored. Just follow the calendar, and you never have to guess which workout to do each day. Country Heat the Fun and Simple Line Dancing Workout. Country Line Dancing with Autumn Calabrese is finally a fat burning fitness workout you’ll want to do as well as have fun doing it! All new Beachbody Dance fitness routine!

Country Heat is designed so people of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels can jump right in and begin. You don’t need to know how to dance; you just need to follow along and move your body to get results. It’s a great follow-up program for 21 Day Fix customers who want to continue to lose weight with a low-impact cardio program.

However, every dance workout has a breakdown video associated with it where you can learn the moves in that workout ahead of time. If you have two left feet and feel like you need a prep before the workout then it’s a good idea to watch the breakdown video but keep in mind it will add time to your total workout time. Otherwise, Autumn shows you the moves a few times in the actual workout before having you do it so for many people that is enough of a prep.

Not complicated choreography but sweaty, nonstop movement. You learn one move at a time and then celebrity trainer, Autumn Calabrese, puts two moves together. But don’t worry! There are never more than two moves at a time. So there is no deep thinking…no remembering tons of steps. You can focus your energy on moving your body and getting a great workout.

These workouts are designed to get your heart pumping without the stress upon your legs and feet that other higher-impact exercises are known for. The six workouts included are: Country Swing, Giddy Up, Down & Dirty, Bring The Heat, Trail Ride, & Dance Conditioning. This program really showcases body-weight exercises to burn away body fat and build up fitness levels.

Who is the trainer? Autumn Calabrese is a celebrity fitness trainer, professionally trained dancer, and working mom. Her first Beachbody workout program, 21 Day Fix, is Beachbody’s #1 selling program for the past two years, and she is co-creator of  The Master’s Hammer and Chisel workout program. A lifelong fan of country music, Autumn collaborated with Beachbody to create this new dance workout that’s guaranteed to turn up the fun—and melt away the fat!

Who is Country Heat for? Country Heat is for you if you are looking for a simple, fun and effective way to lose weight and get fit. I’ve been doing the sneak peek workout – Country Swing – on the days when I need a little less intensity than my current program, Insanity Max:30.  Or on those days I just want to move a little more without feeling like I’m exercising.

Compiled within the program are six different workouts to ramp up activity and fat loss. There are other “bonus” workouts also included with different versions of the programs which we’ll discuss later on. If I ever go to a night club, I love to bring my FitBit to track how many calories I’m burning while on the dance floor and am always shocked at the end of the night. Dancing is a great way to get your heart rate up and you can endure it longer than other forms of exercise because it’s FUN.  Of course, you need to enjoy the music while doing it.

Country Heat was inspired by my passion for country music and my love of both fitness and dance,” Calabrese said. “I created this program for people who have been looking for a fun and easy alternative to fitness and I’m confident people will quickly see just how effective it is to work out while having fun!”

When I took that week one progress photo and I stepped on that scale and saw that I had already lost five pounds, I almost had a heart attack! I was not expecting to see any results, especially not that quick. I was so excited! I told all of my friends and my husband was so excited for me.

It was week one and I already felt great! I couldn’t wait to keep going. I can’t dance.  Can I do this? If you are intimidated by complex dance choreography (and I know some of you have been frustrated by Cize!) this would be a great fit.  There are no complicated moves… just follow along and you will be dancing from day one.

In Country Heat Autumn teaches  you two steps at a time, you do those, and move on to the next two steps.  There is no memorization or learning a routine, unlike Cize or typical country line dancing. So again I kept on dancing. I didn’t even realize I was working out.

Looking for an easy-to-follow fitness program? Country Heat has no complicated moves, no weights, and no equipment. Just follow along, two simple steps at a time, while you move to the hottest country hits. And the easy portion-control nutrition system helps you eat the right amount of food so you reach your goals faster.

When following this new dance workout, it’s important to keep track of your daily workouts and also how many calories you are burning per workout to make sure you are pushing yourself to the max! Autumn mixes up the tempo to blast your entire body with high-energy moves set to “I Like It, I Love It” and other hot songs that get your heart pumping, so you can get fit fast.

I have developed a Country Heat workout schedule for you to follow over the next 30 days (and continue to use again and again for every 30 day round you follow). The printable is available on my shop on Etsy and also includes a before and after weight loss chart so you can track how many inches you have lost and pounds you have shed.

The very notion of “working out” seems out of reach for most of us. Those very words drum up visions of going to the gym every day and constantly monitoring what you eat. Most of us don’t have that much extra time to invest every day. Body weight exercises have been used for centuries in maintaining fitness and health. The interest in Yoga in recent years has skyrocketed due to its’ low-impact high-reward blueprint.

Each workout comes with a Move Breakdown option to help you learn every move, step-by-step. Kick your metabolism into overdrive with this pulse-pounding dance routine set to songs like “Save a Horse (Ride A Cowboy)” and step up the fat burn.

This cardio-centric fitness program, combined with a simple portion-control nutrition plan, effectively burns major calories so you lose weight in just 30 days. And you can repeat the program as many times as you want until you reach your goal!

In addition to the workouts, a bonus line dance will be included featuring a new song from award-winning country artist Jo Dee Messina. “Night Crawl” was written exclusively for Country Heat and don’t be surprised to see this line dance filling the dance floors of honky tonks throughout the country this summer!

This is where Country Heat shines, all you have to do is invest 30 minutes a day for the workouts. I think all of us could slot in a half-hour a day to give this exercise program a go. What do these workouts consist of, one might ask? Any inquisitive mind looking for a good program will ask that question first, so let’s answer this below.

Jaclyn lost 21 pounds and 20.5 inches in 90 days of Country Heat. She loved the music and found it fun and easy to dance to. Though she admits to being uncoordinated at first, she was able to catch on and follow the clear instructions so she could do all the moves!

I have made my meal plan based on the Country Heat Eating Plan and I’m following that to the T.  I love the eating plan because it is based on Autumn Calabrese’s portion container system which is clean eating at its finest! I love the music Country Heat played. It was upbeat, make-you-feel-good, fun music. I was having a good time. Week after week I continued to lose inches.  So I continued to dance. And you know what! I was really really loving every minute of it.

What is Country Heat? Country Heat is a high-energy, low-impact, country dance-inspired fitness program that so totally fires up the fun—you won’t even feel like you’re working out!  Each 30 minute dance routine is packed with easy-to-follow moves set to good ‘ol country music.  All you have to do is follow along! The fact that Country Heat takes the stressful impacts away from the exercises and instead shifts its’ focus on body mechanics and building up heart rate safely makes it a good program to use.

If you want to dance and follow along to high-energy music without the complicated choreography or memorization, then Country Heat is the perfect fitness program for you. Even people who think they hate exercise love Country Heat. Just follow Autumn’s moves and get into the music. You’ll be so focused on having fun you’ll barely notice you’re getting a great workout. And you’ll see results.

The Country Heat Dance Program also comes with a nutrition plan that is simple and can fit in your life! You’re gonna enjoy the heck out of this beachbody fitness program. Transform your body and start burning off the fat! Ready to start dancing? The movements are so simple it’s like walking, but way more fun. And also not only are the moves simple to follow, so is the eating plan.

Is this for beginners? It’s perfect for beginners, and it’s also a great cardio workout for people at all fitness levels who like to dance or want to stay in shape.  More advanced exercisers can simply add intensity. Is there a Country Heat Eating Plan? Yes, and if you have done the 21 Day Fix you will recognize the cute, colorful portion control containers! Country Heat’s nutrition plan is based on clean eating portion control.

These color-coded portion-control containers make your meal prep even simpler. You’ll love the convenience of having a second set of containers on hand to save time, plan ahead, and make cleanup easier. Or share them with a family member and get everyone dancing to Country Heat!

What country songs will I hear? It’s country music at its finest.  If you are a fan of country music, you will probably recognize most of the music.  The songs were chosen not only because they are popular and fun, but also to create a mix of faster and slower beats.  This creates automatic interval training within each routine.

This is not a complete list, but you will hear:  Young and Crazy, Fake ID, Sideways, Footloose,  Bar Hoppin’ ,  Kick the Dust Up, Crash and Burn, All About Tonight, Be My Baby Tonight, I Like It I Love It and, of course, the classic Save a Horse (Ride a Cowboy). the Country Heat Eating Plan which focuses on a balanced and nutritious way to eat.

This plan focuses on results and sensible eating and not as much on details. This is not so much “counting calories” as it is “counting portions”. So it’s less stressful to adhere to and much easier to put into practice. Autumn planned this rotation to fire up your metabolism for maximum calorie burn and fat loss—to help you reveal your hottest body ever.

Country Heat Dance Workout was created by Autumn Calabrese, a young woman who is a celebrity fitness trainer. You may recognize her from her breakthrough workout plan, the 21 Day Fix, which has been a top-seller at the Beachbody brand. She is also the co-creator of another program called “The Master’s Hammer and Chisel” which helps you focus on specific parts of your body for the ultimate toned results.

The head trainer and mastermind behind Country Heat is Autumn Calabrese. Calabrese is well-known in the fitness industry for her workouts and well-earned good reputation. She has been a fitness trainer for celebrities for years and is also known as a Professional Dancer. In order for the plan to be successful, you need the tools to implement it.

This is where the Portion Control Containers come into play. This system utilizes seven different portion containers, each one having a role to play in the overall scheme of things. Think of Country Heat more of a workout based around country music and similar country moves, vs. a program that is country music and teaches you to line dance. If you are looking for a program that will teach you to line dance, this is not for you.

Country Heat workouts are simple enough that anyone can do them. That’s the beauty of the program. Autumn introduces two steps at a time before she moves on to the next two steps. She designed it that way so people will find the routines easy to follow and stick with the program, which is the best way to get results.

Don’t quote me on it, but the odds are extremely good!  The Challenge Pack includes everything in the Base Kit, plus one month of Shakeology, a 30 day membership in the Team Beachbody Club. That’s to say, that Country Heat is packed with country tunes and that is NOT for everyone.

Country Heat Workout is just being released and if you hurry, you may be able to take advantage of a promotional offer which allows you to receive pre-week meal prep guidance that allows you to set up your kitchen for success.

Let’s be honest, you cannot out exercise a bad diet.  I am really stressing to my customers that meal planning and prep is one of the biggest determinations of success with this program.  If you want the results, you will have to work for it and be dedicated to it.

To receive a copy of this extra program, simply join the Country Heat Challenge Group. The group not only great if you are looking for that extra guidance and additional workouts, but it is also a convenient system that gives you access to other individuals who love the program just as much as you do.

I’m not a huge fan of country music personally so it will be interesting to see how I do during this workout program but I do love dancing and the odd country song and the track lists in her workouts are pretty decent – “Save a horse, ride a cowboy!” for one! In the past she has authored “21 Day Fix” which was one of the best-selling fitness programs over the last couple of years. She was also had a hand in creating “The Master’s Hammer & Chisel” workout with Sagi Kalev. Calabrese’s knowledge and background really give Country Heat the backing of a real pro.

Pairing music with workouts is not a new concept, Richard Simmons made a career out of this very premise back in the 1980’s. But Beachbody’s latest workout (Country Heat) expands upon this concept and brings it to a new generation of fitness seekers. Let’s investigate this with the most insight of the Country Heat Reviews that you’ll find below.

Like all of Autumn’s other exercise programs, she also includes the 7 color coded portion control containers with this workout set.  That is quite simply because it’s a proven system that WORKS.  If you do only the exercises and eat whatever you want, you won’t lose weight. You’ll only maintain if you’re lucky or you might just gain weight slower than you would without exercising.

These first two are also the biggest containers size-wise. Red containers are for Proteins and are the next biggest in size. Yellow containers are for Carbohydrates and they’re also the next biggest down size-wise. Blue containers are for healthy fats and the Orange containers are for Seeds and Dressings. The Orange containers are also the smallest in the group and two of them are provided within this system.

For years we’ve been looking to create a simple approach to fitness that was accessible to everyone and that people would love to do,” said Carl Daikeler. The 30 Day Workout Calendar contains a full 30 day schedule of working out. You get one rest day each week and on some days have to do a dance workout in addition to the Dance Conditioning workout.

“We are committed to helping people achieve their weight-loss goals and with the incredible popularity of country music, we believe Country Heat is going to reach millions of people who have been frustrated or bored with more traditional or extreme workouts. Country Heat is just plain fun!”

This program was created by Autumn Calabrese, the brains behind the incredibly popular 21-Day Fix. As a trainer, Autumn realized that one of the top reasons people don’t lose weight is because they can’t stick with their workouts.

Country Heat is really geared towards people who don’t like working out, or who are just starting out. If you are if one that is used to getting a hard workout in and sweating a lot—Country Heat may not necessarily be the workout for you. Your kit will come with a set of containers and the nutrition guide will help you calculate what foods to eat and how much, based on your unique goals.

As with Autumn Calabrese’s other Beachbody workout programs, the Country Heat workout program runs under a month.  It is a 30 day program as opposed to her 21 day fix program. This is the perfect length of time to commit to an exercise program as it isn’t as daunting as committing to a full 90 day or 60 day program.

The package comes with a Quick Start Guide consisting of a short tutorial aimed at getting you started right away. This is perfect for most of us who want to read the nuts & bolts details of the program later and just want to get to it right out of the box.

Hey y’all!  Can you lose weight and tone up dancing to country music?  Specifically, doing Beachbody’s new Country Heat workout with Autumn Calabrese? I’m going to share some pretty amazing results results from the official Beachbody test group. I have also developed several different 5 page bundle packs that are designed according to which calorie bracket you choose to follow for the nutrition component of the eating plan.

The program’s effective results are premised upon great music and five excellent comprehensive workout routines that takes just 30 minutes of your day to complete. As a whole, the workouts focus on providing you with toning, firming, and tightening qualities all through the use of challenge cardio. Messina and Calabrese met at Beachbody headquarters in Los Angeles and kept in touch afterward. When the idea for Country Heat came up, Autumn immediately thought of Jo Dee and asked her to take part in it.

I think you’ll see the answer is YES – you can get great results – but you check out the before and after transformations and the stories and YOU be the judge. She wanted to create a program people would stick with, so she created Country Heat, a program that is so simple and fun, you’ll actually want to do it.

Next in the package, a Shakeology Shaker Cup is included for making your own healthy shakes and smoothies. Adding this into the package is a nice touch and something that you won’t find in too many other programs. Among the type of exercise to reduce weight is dancing. Dancing is taken into consideration to be one of the most fascinating kind of exercise. It makes your heart rate  much faster via movement which can enable your heart to function more healthily.

There are six different Country Heat dance workouts and each Sunday will be your rest day (you must follow the nutrition plan, but you don’t need to workout on your rest day).  If you have another day of the week you would prefer to take as your rest day, feel free to change. It likewise tones and enables muscular tissue motion. In a couple of hours of dancing, you currently melt so much calories similar to when you’re walking, swimming, and even riding a bicycle.

Country Heat Workout by Autumn Calabrese! How many times have you thought, ugh I hate working out!  The last thing I want to do is to spend hours in the gym, I don’t even know what to do!  Well you’re in luck because one of my favorite Beachbody trainers, Autumn Calabrese, has created a brand new dance cardio program that doesn’t feel at all like working out.
